Stratotankers and
KC-10 Extenders are active in eastern skies over Taos early in the
morning, and follow the sun, laying out super-wide trails that expand
across the sky. Layers of murky white with large X's among the design
appear when rain is forecast. Slowly the sky is covered with a milky
film of fibers and chemicals. The rain never falls. It's a dismaying
process to observe. Spring has seen the aerosolization increase
to the point that most blue skies are haze-covered by 11AM.
The 7th photo at the
end of this article was taken 5/18/04, 11:30AM over the eastern
sky in Taos. It shows a luminous orb directly above the aerosoling
event. It's not the moon. Carnicom has a brief article entitled

Although orbs, associated with heavy aerosoling, have been seen

Talk
about chemtrails and eyes roll as folks correct misuse of the term
contrails. It's easy to distinguish the two from each other. Contrails
form when warm jet-exhaust contacts a cool atmosphere. They are
narrow trails that quickly dissipate. Chemtrails are usually lower
in the atmosphere, wider in size and slowly cover the sky with a
variety of lingering "cloud" effects. They create a milky-grey haze
that obscures the mountains and the distant horizon. In dramatic
form they drape in unusual U shapes or black spider webs and gray

There is much controversy regarding what is going on across the
wild blue yonder. The Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department
of Defense (DOD) are multi-tasking across the sky. The DOE is creating
ozone layers to enable life on a dying planet. Although our government
denies global warming, they are actively fighting the effects of
greenhouse gases as are governments around the world. A recent DOE
document Atmospheric Science Program(ASP) states the project
is moving into phase 2 with "aerosol radiative forcing of climate."
Phase 2 is set to begin FY2005. Escalating drought and rampant forest
fires (problems with their system) indicate the program is underway
and still in the experimental stages.
The
DOD is experimenting with creating plasma-membranes across the sky
for numerous purposes and possibilities: reflecting high-frequency
radio waves to use for military advantage (HAARP); artificially
increasing ozone and decreasing CO2; altering the earth's magnetic
field; destroying missiles; focusing intense sunlight to certain
places etc. US Patent 4,686,605 states: "plumes can be formed
to simulate or perform the same functions as detonation of a heavy
type nuclear device without having to detonate such a device.

Skies looks briefly at both DOE and DOD sky-born programs by
way of government documents and US Patents. It is an incredibly
vast subject particularly when attempting an overview of the entire
arena. Also much of the information is hard to believe. Therefore
references are given at the end of most paragraphs to enable the
reader's research of the material for verification.
Department
Of Energy Program:
The DOE aerosols barium because it oxidizes in air and reacts with
water to form hydrogen which enables the following method of creating
ozone. "The shield (barium and aluminum) acts like one plate
of the electode, when tickled with certain radio waves; it produces
an opposite charge to stratospheric layers producing low atmosphere
to stratosphere lightening. Creating ozone where it is needed."

The Cheniere interview reveals the creation of ozone is necessary
for continued life. If the massive, worldwide aerosoling isn't effective
we will sustain life for 20 to 30 years at most. But there are problems
with keeping the spiderweb sunscreen suspended. And the materials
(barium salts, aluminum oxides, plastic polymer fibers) cause illness,
death, drought and forest fires. Currently, testing is under way
to elimanate problems. Look up! There's a lot going on in the sky.
There
are numerous US Patents that cover details of various aspects of
aerosolization. US4347284 outlines production of "white covered
sheet material capable of reflecting untraviolet rays." US
4412654 deals with "aerial spraying of liquid." US4948050
covers "liquid atomizing apparatus for aerial spraying."

Department
Of Defense Program:
HAARP
(High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) and chemtrails
create and employ an artificial ionosphere mirror (AIM) to reflect
radio-frequency signals to exact locations. HAARP pulses the signal
and a hydrogen filled sky (created via chemtrails) enables speedy
transmission of radio-frequency signals.
The
Air Force Document, Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimetry Handbook
gives a clear picture of specific objects: "specially generated
radiofrequency radiation pose powerful and revolutionary antipersonnel
military threats....the increasing understanding of the brain as
an electrically mediated organ suggest that impressed electromagnetic
fields can be disruptive of purposeful behavior and be capable of
directing such behavior. Further, the passage of 100 milliamperes
through the myocardium can lead to cardiac standstill and death,
again pointing to a speed-of-light weapons effect."(Type

What
Goes Up Must Come Down
Patent US3813875 is for the release of a high yield of luminous
barium atoms and ions into the atmosphere. According to the patent
barium is mixed with a liquid fuel "selected from the group consisting
of hydrazine and liquid ammonia…..Wherein the barium salts contained
in the liquid fuel is a mixture of barium chloride and barium nitrate."
Barium is toxic when taken orally at 200 mg and lethal at 1 to 15
grams. According to "Toxic Myopathies" it produces hypokalemia
which is a condition caused by an acute deficiency of potassium
in blood and body tissues. Acute toxicity causes nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea, abdominal pain and xerostomia(dry mouth). Department of
Health and Human Services publication says barium can raise blood
pressure and damage the liver, kidney, heart and spleen. (It's a
good idea to take potassium tablets daily unless otherwise indicated.)
Aluminum oxide reflects the sun away from the earth. According to
US5003186 aluminum oxide can be added to "the fuel of jet airliners,
so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engines exhaust
while the airliner was at cruising altitude." Large quantities of
inhaled aluminum is said to cause and/or aggravate Alzheimer's disease.
Dr. Horowitz writes the following: "Aluminum is a neurotoxin
capable of dulling concentration and reasoning ability….. Dizziness,
memory loss, impaired coordination, involuntary tremors, speech
disorders and loss of balance and energy can result." Death
in the Air
Water absorbing polymers are used to keep the barium and aluminum
suspended long enough to create artificial sun-screen protection.Dyn-O-Mat
produces the mysterious polymer substance of unknown chemical components.
They haven't been forced to reveal the formula although the EPA
is concerned the fibers will cause fibrosis of the lung and other

Biological
Aerosolization
Maxygen was awarded a contract for over 22 million to develop biological
aerosol inoculations. According to the initial announcement of the
contract "the contractor proposes to use Bacillus spores as an
aerosol-based delivery vehicle for medicinal purposes, specifically
vaccination and therapeutics." The DOD Modular Aerial Spray

following substances are listed as biological warfare simulants

Code Title 50, Section 1520a from Chapter 32:
Chemical and Biological Warfare Program says restrictions
on the use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological
agents allows for the use of biological agent on a civilian population
for "any purpose directly related to protection against toxic chemicals
or biological weapons and agents as long as report has been submitted
to congress 30 days previously and consent to the testing is obtained
from each human subject in advance of the testing.
There
must be untold thousands of soldiers and civilians eligible to file
a class action suit against the government for violation of the
above Code. This might include residents of Taos. Have you consented
to the chemtrails falling on you daily?
Drought & Global Super Storms
Air Force document: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the
Weather in 2025 states tankers spray chemicals that form cirrus
shields. The problem is clouds heat the atmosphere by trapping outgoing
heat. "A small tip in one direction or another can eliminate global
warming, or greatly enhance it." (Death in the Air) Drought in America
is a big topic on the internet. Check out the "US Drought Monitor"
on-line.
On
August 11, 2003 CBS carried a story about record heat across Europe
producing forest fires from Spain to England. It was so hot nuclear
power plants heated to dangerous levels. Some reports said record
heat was responsible for over 20,000 deaths. Washington continues
to deny global warming.
(Surface
warming of the earth is both a signal and a causal requirement for
a global superstorm and possible ice age. In The "Coming Global
Superstorm" Bell and Strieber write, "The two most important
things that preserve our current climate are: the continued stability
of the North Atlantic Current and the temperature of the upper atmosphere."
A
large difference between surface and upper atmosphere temps is caused
by greenhouse gases and chemtrails trapping heat near the ground.
Arctic ice melts sending fresh water into the North Atlantic which
threatens the Gulf Stream Conveyor. A ruptured North Atlantic Oscillation
could shut-down the Gulf Stream Conveyer and create a mini ice-age.
This is a vast subject easily accessed on the internet but outside
the confines of this article.
Conclusion
Lord
Ron Oxburgh, chairman of Shell Oil states in a 6/17/04 interview
in "The Guardian" that the threat of climate change makes
him "really very worried for the planet." He suggests
a technique called carbon sequestration in which carbon dioxide
is captured and stored underground. Oxburgh says "Sequestration
is difficult, but if we don't have sequestration then I see very
little hope for the world." Britain's chief science adviser,
David King says that climate change posed a larger threat to the
world than terrorism. Carbon dioxide sequestration is already big
business across the US.
We
have a planet threatening problem that is never discussed anywhere
including Democracy Now. The government denies global warming exists.
We must initiate dialogue in the news media, universities and coffee
houses across America.Are there better techniques for solving global
warming and restoring ozone layers? Escalating carbon dioxide (CO2)
is the culprit. The most obvious approach is restricting CO2 emissions.
Yes, this will threaten Wall Street but so will the end of time.
Kerry
has endorsed the Climate Stewardship Act and the Kyoto Protocol.
Bush opposes both actions designed to fight global warming by cutting
greenhouse gas emissions. The US signed the Kyoto Protocol under
Clinton but it was withdrawn by Bush in 2001.
